  I am long time customer and have always felt valued until I decide to get a bedroom set from the Kimbrells in Salisbury. There Management and staff there are very unprofessional and inconsiderate I have received constant and unnecessary phones calls sometimes daily. I dont plan on conducting anymore business with them.

  I have been with them for years now and I haven't been unhappy with any of my furniture, matter of fact. I've gotten 2 living room suits bed room suit and more and the prices are well in comparison to other places

  Well the first delivery went well. So we set the next delivery up for Tuesday. So I sat at the house and waited. Finally after 3pm, I called them. The lady l talked to said there would be no deliveries for 2 weeks. Now I do not know what to do. I have no bed. Called after 2 weeks. They will call me. Delivery on the 12th almost 1 month after it was paid for. However my matters and box springs are "popular" so they won't come until the end of september.
