  They don't understand customer service. They have a line 40 people deep with a 15 to 20 min wait, and 3 people back in returns - not busy and won't allow you to make purchases back there. Keep your inventory!

  Disappointed at Kohl's staff, management once the best of the best. But customer service are lacking when it comes to helping, customer service show no interest. The store wants to be number one but they're hiring the wrong type of people. They're going after the younger generation..............
