  They don't even deserve a star!! I have been a customer for 4 years and I haven't had a problem. Mike ensured my that my washer could be fixed and it was arranged to be serviced. Come to find out that my washer sat in the back of the store for a month and he LIED and said that it couldn't be fixed cause they didn't make that type of washer anymore! Lies!! The district manager is a liar as well because I never received a call from him regarding my washer!! Mike only cares about the credit coming in the store and not the customer!! They have lost a customer with their bullshit and unprofessionalism
