  I wanted to do this location and bought a bottle of argon gas for a wire welder I was given a empty bottle at 8:30 at night the next morning I went to use it at about 8 a.m.. When I open up the bottle it was empty I had traveled from Asheboro North Carolina to Salisbury because I needed this gas first thing in the morning. As we all make mistakes it's just one of them things that happen. After calling them to find out if they did have a full bottle of gas. The guy named Bob simply stated does it have an orange tag on it. I said No It Dont. They said they had no way to tell if it was full when I got it or not I said that's fine. I will gladly pay you again the $55 if you can just make sure you got a full bottle before I travel back an hour away. He then proceeded to tell me that my bottle is that I give them the night before it's not a bottle he can take. And that I need to bring his bottle back and pick up mine. As it will cost him a couple hundred dollars to have the bottle recertified. I simply stated that it's going to cost me a couple hundred dollars to bring it back cuz I have a truck in the field that has to be welded before I can get it out and it's going to rain now before I get that done. So he wants me to drive 2 hours round trip come back with an empty bottle of gas. And then travel somewhere else too get more gas from a different company. This equals a half a day wasted or more and returning this bottle. He was unconcerned how much it was going to cost me to do all of this. All his concerns was that they got what they wanted. Which I feel is very unacceptable. He was not going to compensate me anything for all my time as long as they was in a win-win situation. Now I'm going to have to have a truck pulled out with a record than that bill should be 5 to $600 since I cannot weld what I needed to weld. It is simply stated that he was going to have to retrain the girl to give it to me and made this big madhu out of it we all make mistakes. He acted like it was a very bad thing that she done. And I'm almost sure that he's done stuff that was as bad or Worse probably just didn't get caught doing it. Claudia was a very nice lady and help me with what I needed in the beginning even though we got an empty cylinder that lead it to this. I will be calling the Senior Management after Christmas break and I will also let them know that I don't think she should have much said to her. But the white Bob handled it was not good I probably by 15 to $20,000 worth of stuff from Tractor Supply year. And I will be taking my business elsewhere if I'll possible they will be my last resort this is due to the way Bob handle the situation. Not what happened with getting the empty bottle. I will return the bottle at my convenience or they can come get the bottle their self
